1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShotsWise ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

ShotsWise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for managing your photography business operations, including client information, sales tracking, and booking management. You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service.

You may export your data at any time using the provided export functionality. The Service provides data portability features to ensure you maintain control of your business information.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Service does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Service

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShotsWise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

ShotsWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We recommend maintaining regular backups of critical business data using the export features provided.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any service interruptions or resulting business impacts.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis according to your selected plan. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your account will transition to read-only status. You will have 30 days to export your data before account deletion.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may terminate your account and export your data before the changes take effect.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
